Edinburgh University, where most of the book, ‘Missing for Good’ is set, is currently back in the news. I first went to Edinburgh in 1980.
Christmas traditions play a huge part in my new novel, Stuck On You, and it was so much fun reading about them all while I was doing my research for the book.
It was a bright, sunny California day on the job for me as a foreign tour guide at Universal Studios when Bruce the Shark nearly ate my German tourist.
The sharp scent of autumn has been on the air for several weeks now, before the first of September. My social media feed is inundated by glorious russet-coloured photos.
Although Christmas looms (particularly for the heroine, who isn’t a fan of Christmas) over the story, there is a lot of music that influenced the book that is not related to Christmas.
It’s publication day! This novel is all about Tara Porter, the owner/manager of a gorgeous café on Whitsborough Bay’s Castle Street – The Chocolate Pot.
